Who is lazy, won’t work, and expects to get paid more than you for you doing all the work?

Coworker is not my business. Boss should handle that.

Partner- Whole different ball game. Walk up in his office and be direct. Have facts and details to back up your claim. He either gets better or gets gone.

Ask them if their dad will give you a raise.

Maybe your coworker had problems with their phone and computer, too.

I don't approach him. I find a way to withdraw and let him hang his lazy-assed self.

Is the laziness placing an increased burden on you? If so, tell them how their sloth is spilling onto you and if it doesn't get dealt with you'll go up the chain.

If it’s a coworker just mind your own business

If it’s a partner have a talk with him/her. Offer to buy them out or restructure the compensation arrangement
