Really? What kinda low level job do you have where you can't take a phone call?
For my most recent job, I was actually in a hospital conference center when I took the interview. I just got up and excused myself and took the call away from my co-workers.

What? Who can't take calls? I feel like if I took an hour in the middle of the day to diddle myself, I could easily do so without any questioning

If you work in an office that’s business casual this is easy to pull off.
I just wear suit slacks and a blue dress shirt to work. Leave the suit jacket shoes and tie in the car. I throw them on once I get to the interview location.

Set it up during lunch or after business hours, if you are desirable they will make arrangements. I had one come and pick me up and take me to lunch for the interview.

Same boat as you. I've recently been interviewing for other jobs. I've been upfront with the companies interviewing that I can't really step off the floor much and don't really want my current employer to know I am looking , so phone interviews work best during the lunch hour. They usually understand and schedule around that.
I got lucky with my in-person interviews because they all happened in December, so I told my manager I had to take care of my doctors appointments before the end of the year (like everyone else does), and I would take a long lunch or leave early.

Is this a problem you really need help with? There is always before work, lunch and after work.
Then from there you just have to prioritize. It sounds like you are going to leave the first chance you get so frick em..
