I would love to be a fly on the wall in your house when you start talking to your father about contrails. Does he start drinking heavily when you bring that up?

Um, yeah, I have. Chemtrails have been proven for some time now. Sometimes I get woozy and feel different whenever a plane passes by overhead. Coincidence? Please.

This occurs fairly often to people.

And do you ever see the tank trucks by planes? Are they filled with fuel? Not likely considering the tanks are not marked as flammable.

I've never seen this. I sometimes drive over to Love Field to see if I can see anything sketchy going on. When the weather is cool, I like to sit on the top level of the parking garage and watch the planes come in and out. It can be relaxing, even with the noise.

Though we sometimes share some bourbon, it isn't quite like that. Usually, he tells me "those are contrails" and then we argue for a while, then he says "dammit, I just can't do this any more" and goes off somewhere for a few minutes.

Dad and I get along great and love each other, but on some political and sociological issues we don't see eye to eye.

I'm thinking you are a Zach alter. That's exactly how he would type.

I live in the area.

We should get together.

Also, I find it pretty hilarious how intense these arguments get. I definitely believe there is intelligent life somewhere in the never ending universe, but I can also see why someone doesn't believe it.

Do you consider it to be a FACT though? Don't straddle the fence. Pick one side or the other.

This is a not-so-subtle coming out as a troll. If anyone continues arguing with "yoga girl", you should know it is pointless.

To me personally I couldn't tell someone truthfully that it's a fact. However, I also don't think it needs to be some globally viewed event to be 'fact'. One person could experience it and that officially makes it fact, but we just don't know it yet.

I personally haven't experienced anything, therefore, I can't say that it's a fact.

but hey, if someone thinks they see something and believe it, then it's a FACT.

Yoga Girl is real. IT'S A FACT, JACK.

Perhaps Larry, as someone previously eluded though, I just chose to be on the side that believes in the real possibility that intelligent life exists in the universe, somewhere other than the 3rd rock from our sun.

Too many accounts from more than credible people, who, under any other line of questioning would be vehemently defended by a majority of reasonable people.

You don't know what fact means. FACT.

At this point it seems like you're just trolling.

When football season starts, I've thought about (but haven't decided to) having some OT type people over to watch an LSU game. I make some damn good football watching food and no discussion of chemtrails or ancient aliens.

I host a group that watches SMU and a group that watches the Cowboys, they buy the groceries I list and I fix all the food.

It is a tradition.
