How do I keep my loved ones from using the word "triggered"?

Maybe I'm the a-hole, maybe not. But long story short, I've got a relative that constantly uses the word triggered. Anything that happens, they're triggered. And they vocalize it, constantly. fricking bullshite. You're life is perfect. This is fricking America.
Well so far I've tried adding the word to my vocabulary. Use it almost every sentence. To turn them off of it. To trigger them to not use the word trigger. Doesn't work. Juat triggers them more. Starting to fricking trigger me. We're all fricking triggered.
Well anyway, I'm down on options. Need help, so my first thought was to come here. For good reason to. Lots of widwom round here.

Just call them a pussy and tell them to quit bitching. They may not quit using the term, but you will feel better.

There's a really cool trick in psychology where you discourage a word by shouting a rhyming word after its use. So if your kid over used "no", you'd scream "snow".
It's really effective, just find a word that rhymes with trigger.
