North Dallas suburb, still very white but it's mostly retired boomers who havent sold off yet. Just a half mile down the road is little Beijing/Mumbai/Saigon/Guadalajara.

I know, I couldn’t decide between Australia or Europe this year. Chose Australia, loved it!
Also, you dropped $40k on a simulator because you don’t have anyone that will join your tee time. Not good!

The home-rule city I live in within Louisville is about 80% white, 10% African-American, and 5% Hispanic with the rest being a mix of other races.
My next door neighbor is Hispanic, the White folks on the other side are selling their house but it's been slow to sell (the older couple who owned it rented it to their grandkids (college-aged) who didn't take good care of it on the inside).
I see a decent mix of kids walking home from the middle school just up the street.

And you have a membership at one of the cheapest clubs hours from your house because you can’t afford Dnash, TF, etc. Maybe if you spent some time getting better at your job instead of shitting on everything here, you could afford nicer things.

Not a member at Dnash, would be nice though. Only played it one time, very good. Like I said, my club here is targeting thanksgiving week for reopening
