If you ingest CBD, it will show up hot on a THC drug screen. If you're in a position at work where you get drug tested regularly, then you're taking a risk. If you're white collar or retired, go for it.

I know a guy that has trouble with insomnia and takes a part of a weed gummy nightly to help him sleep. Fwiw, I think it is the THC that helps with sleep….I don’t think CBD does shite.

I see no need to bring it up with your boss…if your company has a policy against it, I wouldn’t expect them to give you an exception.

No. There are CBD products completely THC free. If you take full spectrum CBD which has traces of THC you may fail

I took some cbd (or hemp, can’t recall) with melatonin gummies. Helped me relax and fall asleep.

THC gummies work well for me.
Indica as someone else mentioned.
We head up to SW corner of Mich evey couple months and load up, dispensaries every corner. CBD doesn’t work for me.

Also, otc Alteril helps- has melatonin, valerian and the turkey juice, Tryptophan.

delta 9 gummies work well to go to sleep. Takes about an hour to kick in.

Buy from a reliable source, not a gas station

use the same dose every time

the same gummy taken at 9 in the morning will cause a buzz that kills a good part of the day

Possibly a silly question.

Alcohol makes my arse pass out and sleep all night, but studies (and my watch) show it's not very good rest.

Would weed or CBD be in the same category?

I'm clueless on both as I have no experience, just curious.

Not a silly question

My sleep score average with nothing in system

45 heart rate
55 HRV
80 sleep score

Score with alcohol

60 heart rate
35 HRV
65 sleep score

Score with gummy

45 heart rate
55 HRV
90 sleep score

Get way more REM which helps

And (mostly) no morning effects. There is a such thing as a weed hangover though.
