No

And yes, but that was almost 10 years ago.

Don't you mean Woody Jenkins. Couldn't win himself so he has others trying to get that office for him.

Gentrify
Tear down cheap housing and build expensive housing. Safe city and tax breaks will bring in more businesses.

Put the criminals and thugs in prison and remove them from our society. A large percentage of crimes are committed by a very few criminals.
However in order to solve a problem you have to want to solve the problem. Unfortunately people have become so entrenched in the government lifestyle that they figure if they solve the problem then they won’t be needed as much and therefore have diminished power.

Get rid of a demographic that is both violent and victim.

District attorney’s office that puts criminals in jail. Judges that sentence convicted criminals as law provides.
Oh yeah PS
Fat bitches with purple tangled hair and neck crust will be considered fine before BR will be “fixed”

Build a camp in West Baton Rouge or Iberville parish.
Take all the unemployed men and women without a bank account ( and not those with children) and put them in that camp ,in separate sex barracks. Don’t ever let them out. Give them cable/TV so they can watch the games and put birth control in their food.
Put the children of those who refuse to work in a school camp in order to make them into productive citizens.
The city/parish govt requires a major re structuring to cut out the corruption.
This is a start.

New Orleans has a great job of electing someone worse

Baton Rouge is done. No fixing the problem unless we have a Time Machine and can go back to pre Katrina. Now BR is just another previously cool college town lost to well……you know.

quote:I've often wondered this. I dont know why everyone's not asking the council to make BR bright again. These lamp post bulbs suck!
Better street / highway and interstate lighting. Need BRIGHT WHITE lamps that work! Half of these antiquated, cheap Amber lights never work. Anyone walked LSU’s campus at night?
They'll probably say its the utility company's fault.
