I am confused. You want to hide your IP because you don't want a pedophile, thief and a woman beater to get it? What are you doing that would allow him to get your IP address?
If I am not mistaking, there are only a few specific ways someone can get your IP unless this person has a website or something that you visit.. In which case they would be able to retrieve..
Or are you wanting to hide an IP address for this person, because they are a pedophile?

In all seriousness, you can use JustProxy, Opera browser with built in VPN (Has standalone VPN mobile app that's free too), Firefox has a shite load of IP add-on's with a lot able to work in tandem, use Tor (don't login to any personal pages such as email, banking and shite due to how the nodes work... if you don't know how it works, pass.) or get a full service VPN like NordVPN, Tunnel Bear or PIA.
