I think I’m an equal opportunist, I just don’t like many people.

Am i reading this wrong. Are you saying you'd be ok with being racist 20-30 years ago.

Sorry, but racism is alive and well...just step outside of the more affluent, politically correct circles and people act just like they did 50 years ago. I see it all day, every day...

I sincerely believe most racism comes from a lack of physical travel and exposure. It's incredibly easy to build a hatred for a race or stereotype if a person can't find a way to be exposed to and interact with examples they'll usually like. That exposure is critical and runs both ways, mindset speaking. Staying within a certain geographic area or even absorbing one point of view news or "story" wise isn't only limiting, it's rather remedial.

The government always needs to have a victim class.

Racism is truly believing a race is inferior to yours.
The word gets thrown around a lot.
Those people that do that also adhere to a different definition. They now say only white people can be racist in places like the US because they hold most of the power.

You should start with our elected "leaders" who benefit wildly from a divided nation
Brace yourself for 2020. In major election years all the racism talk in the media and politicians promising free shite to people becomes deafening

I challenge you to watch the first Democratic primary and take a shot every time the word free is spoken. I'll post ems outside of your house.

exposure
Growing up I was exposed to one group committing most of the vandalism, starting most of the fights, and generally causing most of the problems. And into today.
Am I just supposed to ignore what I see with my own eyes?

I don't think you got my point. Growing up formulated your ideals. How you expose yourself as an adult due to actual experiences rather than relying on stories is completely up to you.

No, you are not. You are supposed to hold those individuals involved accountable for their actions. But you do not paint that certain group's actions unto every indvidual you may ever see or meet in life.
