Thankfully the power racks don't normally attract the resolutioners so I didn't have much problem tonight.

Think again broheim. I'm about to do some curls in your squat rack, bitch.

Went Sat and Sun so I could take today off, plus the wife cooked an early dinner.

But it doesn't get bad at our gym. Everyone sort of knows everyone, so you notice the new faces.

I'm hearing Shreds is packed. I was gonna go ball later or something but I might just eat a ho ho instead or something.

It sucked at my home gym today, trying to work out after being laid low by the crud for the better part of a week. Bad idea. Bad, bad idea.

You have to sweat it out.

I'm switching gyms this month and am prepared to be judged by douches such as yourself

side note: it is hilarious watching the sheep flock to the gym for three weeks

Gym to myself, no dues, open 24 hours a day, 365 (366 in 2016) days a year. No complaints here.

Packing on 15 pounds of muscle the next 3-4 months due to muscle memory. Will backslide later on, but still have better aesthetics than the hardcore slapdicks doing deadlifts that I saw this morning. Rinse and repeat every year.
