How bad did I frick up? Damage control needed!!!

Today is my 12th anniversary. My wife said all week not to get her anything (we just got back from Disney, spent money on Christmas, 2 kids, etc).
I get home from work this morning (worked dogs 4p-4a last night).
Sitting on the counter is a $70 bottle of Belvenie 14 year old scotch and card.
I did what she said, I didn't get her anything.
She does know I bought her $200 gold earrings for Christmas earlier this week. Does this make up for it?

Play it safe and buy her something small. You could even get her a cheap dvd you both like.

Know what she likes. It doesn't have to be expensive, it just has to show her you know her. Maybe, there's something super simple she loves (a cheesy card, a fancy desert from a local bakery, a certain 80s movie she grew up quoting, her favorite flower, her favorite takeout meal, crossing off that item on the honey-do list she's been asking about, ect). Just brainstorm then execute.
