Houston is like Dallas with slightly better food and 100% more humidity.

My house won't flood b/c of bad environmental policy-influenced development in Dallas.

Houston is the sauna and Dallas is the oven. Either way, August sucks.

It’s not discussed often but Dallas has some really bad weather and not good for people with allergies.

Only lived here for about a year, BUT, from what I gather:

Houston people love to think of themselves as living in a better city than Dallas. Dallas people seem not to care about this "rivalry".

Similar to people in Baton Rouge and their opinion of New Orleans (and New Orleanians' opinion of Baton Rouge).

I can deal with it in June and July. By August I literally can't even.

I lived in Houston for about 3 months, but I've only visited Dallas. I didn't think Houston was all that great, so I guess I'll cast my vote for Dallas.

Like heat? They're aren't enough tornadoes to consider Dallas really bad weather.

Should be culled from the herd.

Rockets are much better this year. They are expected to contend in the West.

15 years in Houston, and I would agree.

As far as which is better? Meh, not much difference.

I can't speak on Dallas, but I can tell you Houston is complete shite. It possesses everything I hated about Baton Rouge, only on a much larger scale. Crime out of the arse, everything surrounded by ghettos, people are dicks, oil field trash everywhere with truck nuts, rains every damn day. I hate it here and can't wait to leave, and I live in one of the better areas.

What part of Houston were you in? I haven’t done a job or known of anyone doing a job anywhere near Houston in awhile.
