Great event. I have no idea why these people think it's a good idea for them to ride 2,000 pound animals with their nuts strung up to their own torso, but it makes for great entertainment. Jake Owen put on a decent performance as well. I'll be back

Yeah it can be a lot of fun, something different to do than your typical weekend or weeknight.

The concert is usually towards the bottom of the list on best parts of going, but it does make a difference if you go see someone atleast decent as opposed to Florida Georgia Line or Pitbull

I went to George Strait a few years ago on his farewell tour and it was so much fun

Saw Jake Owen last year, he draws a nice constituency of fine ladies

Houston Rodeo is awesome.

We go every year a couple of times. My friends and family usually come in town around that time, so it's a great opportunity to show them a good time. Womenz always love shopping in the big expo center, while the men can get drunk and hang out.

Even if you're not that into rodeo competitions, it's a pretty good time and the concerts are well done.

I know one of the head Houston Rodeo volunteers. Last year he walked me and my old lady past security and into the private box area to see Blake Shelton. The box we were at was right next to the Crown Royal bar, with the Crown Royal girls walking around in nearly nothing. That plus all the hot women there to see Blake.

It was extremely difficult to behave myself.

I went for the first time this year (my Dad lives in Houston). It was a pretty fun event to see, and the food wasn't bad either.

I always enjoy going. My favorite part of the rodeo is the livestock shows.
