Houston has decided: driver vs idiot standing in parking spot

Person in car gets arrested for refusing to move vehicle when a-hole is standing in spot to hold it.
Yes, the woman was told to move. But why? The stander was obviously not using the spot for its intended purpose.

That area and the zoo gets crazy with the A-holes that stand in parking spots. Worse are the people that turn down an aisle and immediately put on a blinker to try and stake claims parking spots. "Yo, I had my blinker on!"

If the man was an American Indian, I have no issue with him holding the spot. They were in Texas before Mexicans.

At Costco last week the lady in front of me with no items called her daughter with the cart over from the next line because my line was moving faster. Glad I had taken my CBD oil earlier and was able to remain calm.

frick that guy. Those stander assholes are a nuisance.
But there's really no good outcome fighting with them. If they're trashy enough to stand in a parking spot to "reserve" it, they're probably trashy enough to key your car when you're gone

I have to side with the driver on this one. The first car to physically get there is winner. Surprised this sort of fights don't happen more or at least publicized more on campus during football season. The spot saving of free parking especially for big games is out of control.
