It’s fairly new, only thing it’s missing is the green ninfas/el tiempo salsa and their thick queso chips. Better tortillas though.

The lot Yia Yia sits on is worth $20m+. Never understood why they put a mid-priced terrible Greek restaurant on that corner.

Best Pappas restaurant is Delta Blues Smokehouse in Clear Lake. Pork Belly is to die for.
