The passing lane is the passing lane. It doesn't matter how fast YOU are going. If someone is going faster then your only concern or responsibility is to get the frick out there way. I don't know why this is such a difficult concept.
I could be going 90mph and still get over for someone going faster because I'm not a piece of shite.
What you think/ feel absolutely doesn't matter.
Do you also think that 4.0 students should be forced to learn slower because other retards can't keep up?
Driving is one of few aspects of life where people who are less capable/ confident actually think others should be more like them.

That's not what he's asking. He's going 10 over and actively passing slower people on the right. You roll up behind him going 25 over. Is he supposed to get over and slow down if he's already actively passing cars on the right?

How about truckers involved in accidents on interstate while in left lane, CDL revoked. Better yet, trucker in left lane on interstate with no traffic in front of them in left lane and more than 5 vehicles behind them, cdl revoked.

My opinion is that people should have to retest their driving knowledge and skills every 5-10 years.....especially after a certain age. My 75 year old mother drives worse every day.

That's a dumb take on interstate wrecks. Some people experience blowouts and lose control of their vehicles.
Some vehicles shut down for one reason or another and lose power due to equipment failure and no fault of the driver.
I mean, shite happens, and it can happen at the most inopportune times.
