Crystal and Louisiana will always be in my pantry. I prefer Louisiana at the moment but it is always changing.

However, I dont understand all the hate for Frank's or Texas Pete. One of my favorite buffalo sauce recipes uses Texas Pete and I could probably eat those wings every day of my life. I get brand loyalty but either one would do in a pinch.

And Tabasco just sucks imo. Not good at all.

It has around twice the salt of anything else.

Not saying it's bad, just that there's no mystery to its appeal.

Tabasco Habanero is pretty good. I avoid the rest of those.

I started growing peppers and making my own a couple years back.
