Hot baths are awesome - change my mind

Already showered, of course. Sitting in a hot arse tub of water just relaxing and getting my mind right for work. Nothing beats a hot tub of water to relax the muscles. If you don’t already I suggest you try it. I do this probably 2 or 3 times a week and it’s great. Later on I’ll walk to my office and work in my boxers. Life is good!

We just have a regular sized bathtub at the moment and I'm a pretty big dude. I'd look like a 16 on a tricycle trying to take a bath in there

Shower afterwards, rinse before. Been battling some crucial sciatic pain, so been doing a lot of stretching, followed by a delightful 15-20 minute soak. I'm definitely sweating by the time soaking is over, so I'm not possibly clean.

Love the soak. I got a external heater, when it gets cold, you know that old cast iron takes a lot of heat out of that water.
