None, the shot is the tits and I have never had an issue getting the shots! Cheaper and quite effective.

personally, I've been stuck with that needle so many times that I would refuse to pay extra for a spray.
in fact, I even ask for the shot before they clean my teeth. lol
I don't want tooth pain. besides being kicked in the nuts, there's nothing worse in my opinion.

I would assume this would be pretty helpful for a pediatric dentist. Although most kids aren't keen on nasal sprays either...
I'll bet if you gave kids a choice between having a needle stabbed into their gums or getting a little spray in the nose, they'll become fans of nasal spray so fast it'll make your head spin.

Question is, how much additional would you be willing to pay...
Information is not free. Send pic of dental assistant. We all know you have em.

Shots don't bother me, so none. My daughter is deathly afraid of shots, so I'd spring a little extra for her. What is the price difference?

I don't even feel a shot when my dentist gives it to me

I would out of pocket maybe $100 for that. I hate Novocain shots but I love money so that's about my limit.
