Motorist Charles Landers, 50, claims he was looking for a fishing spot in Grayson County when gunman Michael Truelock, also 50, stopped his vehicle and began to verbally attack him. Landers claims he was so terrified while trying to escape that he crashed into a ditch during the incident in Fannin County, Texas, USA. He added: 'I thought he was going to get in his car and chase me. I was doing 70-80 down this gravel road and I fishtailed and hit a ditch and totaled my car. 'I then crawled across the other side of the road because I thought he was going to kill me.' Truelock was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and made bond the following day. He is scheduled to appear in court on July 13th, 2020.

At this point I'm assuming that Worldstar just re-formats every video they receive to vertical.

I had this happen once, a long time ago. I was in an old truck and had battery problems and became disabled in the road right-of-way. A man comes driving up demanding who I was, saying people had been shooting at his cows.

I asked him, “Who the frick are you?” He slugged me and ran back to his open truck door. I’m sure he had a pistol in the door compartment.

I cussed at him some more and called a wrecker while he watched from back on his property. I called the law on him but nothing happened.

You’d be surprised at how many people try to take the law into their own hands on backroads. Many times I’ve been driving on dead-end roads and had people stop and roll down their window. They are about to question me.

I just keep driving. You should see the look on their face.

Another time, I was on a back road and saw a neighbor I grew up with standing on the side of the road with another man, near their trucks. He came out in the road and tried to stop me. I kept going but had to turn back.

He chased me back to the highway. I would get over in the ditch before a culvert and swing back out at the last minute, hoping he’d wreck.

I don’t know whether it was some sort of drug deal or a homosexual encounter.

I had a family member who was in a heated worker's comp case against the company he worked for. The company hired a PI to watch him. The PI chose a spot right down from their house to park. He stayed there for over 12 hours one day. He showed up the next morning and parked in the same spot. Where he parked was about 200 or so yards from their house, but it was on private land and belonged to the family. My family member went and asked the PI to please leave because he was on private property. The PI refused and my family member said okay and smiled. As he turned to walk back the the house, his father-in-law sent a round from a rifle about a foot above the PI's car and into the woods.

They never had another private investigator check up on him at home again.

P.S. He won the claim, got his back pay, got a decent settlement and bought a new home with some of it.
