there were plenty of vigilante options available but they are all non starters now with this thread being public
Baton Rouge is too small and there are too many people that visit this board

side story: I live in a pretty nice section of Houston. Someone a few years back thought it would be cute to put up those little red London style phone booths on the street corners with the street names on them.. We have a large homeless woman that just lives in one now. Its on a busy intersection, she can somehow plug her phone into the utility pole on the corner (I've seen her watching TV on her iphone with the cable plugged into something anyways)and occasionally, if I'm very lucky, I get stuck at that traffic light right when her morning coffee kicks in and she drops trou on the sidewalk. They've removed her, disinfected the sidewalks, and even removed all the landscaping from that corner. And she keeps coming back. My point is, Its not gonna be easy.

cant ruin your life doing anything bad. I think getting one to threaten you, maybe getting a group of neighbors to come together and raise hell, maybe the word is that there is a sex offender in the group... work the system.

Likely the same bunch that were camped off Bluebonnet @ Celtic Drive in the woods there.
I don't see their tents there anymore nor to I see the encampment (from the I-10 overpass) at the Bluebonnet exit.

Update: Our council woman has said HOT team will be coming to the area to talk to the population that it will be decommissioned and they have x number of days to get out. Hopefully will have confirmation soon of when that has happened.

I'd get my council person involved.

Do you really want them spending all their time thinking of ways to get back at you?
Unless getting back at him involves sticking a needle in their arm, they aren’t doing anything. There is literally only room for one thing in their brains and that’s dope.

Is your council woman Laurie Adams?

Keep us posted…there’s a lot of interest in this situation.

The only recourse in this case is to consult an attorney for a violation of any ordinances. But at the end of the day if it's private property then that's going to be a hell of an uphill battle; think of all the redneck trailer parks that look like shite. Blanket laws can't just extend over private property. It's baked into our republic: if you want your land to look like shite, you have that freedom to a degree.
So I could start a dump on private property and the only ones that could stop me is the property owner? I really doubt that.

It doesn’t surprise me that your council woman helped. She does a great job. Laurie Adams is an up and comer.

Crossing the 165 bridge going into Ellick there's a guy living the pioneer life on the bank of Red River. NGL it looks pretty sweet.

It has become a homeless encampment now on the Red River bank. Two other tents have joined the party and a trashed out truck is sitting there. They are starting to trash the place.

Great job posting pics. Now do a better job and put your house up for sale. They'll be back.

Except for allowing the homeless and meth heads to continue to overrun the Siegen area.
