That's actually the bigger problem. It really does amaze me at the number of people who actually give them something. People in Baton Rouge will know where I am talking about, but do they still have panhandlers on the Florida Blvd exit? I use to have to go that way every day and I would see those lazy fricks load up, and that was just on one cycle. Since I don't go that way anymore I have no idea if they are still there, but I hate beggers.
One time I went into Chimes (by campus) to pick up an order, when I getting into my vehicle this jerkoff came ask me "you have some money I can borrow?" I told him no. He looks in my vehicle and sees where I kept my change and said "look you got money right there you can let me have", I could have given him a few coins, but don't point out something I have and tell me I can let you have it. I told him "you right, I can let you have it, but I am not" and I took off. I could hear him say something, but the only thing I understood was "frick you" and something about I am lucky he didn't beat my arse and take it. For a split second, the idea of putting it in reverse and hitting that cock sucker crossed my mind, but I didn't.

The absolute WORST is San Francisco. First the dipshit libtards treat homelessness as a lifestyle. Second, it doesnt rain all summer there, so the bums love it. They sleep in the open right in front of restaurants etc.

I just don't understand how people can still give them money. These bums are all over the place. Many are fat. It's become an epidemic and it's disgusting. Yet here comes some twit who just wants to pay himself on the back and feed the strays.
