I am not a father but anything that you can just chill and have a few lites. Golf works well if you don’t get too worked up about it.

I collect minerals. Spheres made of precious stones. I spin them and get mesmerized by the way the light reflects off of them. And I write songs.

Being in nature is nice too

Having an intimate and direct relationship with how you eat is severely underrated. Sort of the same thing with hunting.

When you know that you're able to survive or provide for yourself and others because of your tangible efforts, rather than abstract labor that you get compensated for...you just feel good.

Cooking is always a good option....grab your bluetooth speaker, a cold beer or a cocktail, and set out to make something you haven't made before, something a bit challenging to you.

I like to go to the range and shoot my pistol. You’d think I’d be better at it.

I’m in the process of resuscitating a classic Boston Whaler which has been pretty fun.

I’m an avid scale model builder. I build aircraft and armored vehicles, usually from the WWII era. I finished this Strumpanzer II Bison a couple weeks ago.

I’m working on an Arado Ar 196 now. I hope to finish it maybe by next weekend.

Tennis is a fun sport.

Very little equipment costs.

Great stress reliever IF it’s not raining or a truck isn’t running you over.

I had no hobbies until after kids finished school playing ball, etc. I now enjoy repairing things, firearms, knives, building basic furniture -nothing fancy, dirt bikes.
