I remember seeing a thread years ago that I can't seem to find now...some people say it's haunted, some people say some sort of secret cash stash is in there?

They say if you look really close into the 7th floor window second from the right on the Roosevelt Way side of the building, you can see Lootie drinking a Heineken.

I was just in the lobby there the other day. Place is awesome. I think it was the 12th floor that Huey ran his New Orleans office out of. All of the famous big band leaders have played there at one time or another in the 30's and 40's.
