She must be clinically retarded. As in literally an IQ below 80.

High energy prices are good for the green agenda because when fossil fuel prices imitate crawfish prices, alternatives become more attractive.

But high energy prices are bad for votes and re-election chances. They have to figure out how to balance that between the "intellectuals" who agree with their agenda to run energy prices so high that it restricts the everyday American's ability to fend for themselves vs. the idiots who will keep voting Democrat as long they keep receiving handouts, and the few things they have to pay for themselves remain cheap.
