Hey OT, want your input on this. From a professional and personal standpoint.

Just got a new job in sales, few employees beneath me, etc etc. Anyway, one of them has a very clingy gf. I'm talking she has come into our work five days of the last week now. I don't mind visitors so long as my team keeps working and what not, but she really is starting to irk me because she comes in, sits down and just talks to the bf for hours. She's a high school senior I believe, the guy is 20. Should I just let kids be kids or do I put an end to it?

What you permit, you promote.
Understand one thing: you are purchasing this person's time. His time is his product to sell and it is up to him to deliver a quality product. If I was in your place I'd put an end to it. She has no respect for the business when she comes in there for hours all week long. His productivity will drop because of her presence.

It's 3am,..I think you know how the OT will react to this.
I'm going to go ahead and say if she's 18, pics.
Also, assuming that she is 18..her Looks play a massive part in your decision. Anything over an OT7, she automatically gets to hang around.

I actually really like that saying, thank you man. Yeah, I do want to put an end to it but I also know crazy women and I feel like if I kick her out, I may have to deal with even crazier shite from her, if that makes sense.

Sit the kid down and talk to him and explain the situation. If he cares about his job, he will nip it in the bud. If he doesn't, better to know now than later.

Yes. It mean to be annoyed.

No need to be a dick about it. Just tell him you're concerned that the amount of time shes spending there could be distracting.

If its bugging you, it is driving your other employees crazy. They will look to you to see how you handle it. You can't let it fester.

Tell her to GTFO unless she's hot
Also remind him that he can't put a tip jar out as it violates company policy.

Shouldn't be an issue. "She can come during your break, but other than that I don't want her here distracting you from your job or customers. I'm sure you understand."

Are you new to having any authority? Early 20's as well?

This doesn't sound professional if your employees are 20
