Hey look! Louisiana in the top 3...most sexually diseased states

Sexually transmitted diseases are getting worse in the United States, increasing for the third year, with 2016 reaching an all-time high.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and data analysis by Backgroundchecks.org, here are the ten most sexually diseased states in America:
Alaska
Mississippi
Louisiana
Georgia
New Mexico
North Carolina
South Carolina
Arkansas
Delaware
Oklahoma
I guess AIMS didn’t move out of state

Wrong, it's Arkansas because you might at well call it a genetically transmitted disease. I mean you're not born with it, but it still passes down within the family some how.

Don't we also have the highest number of sexual partners? There's probably a correlation between those two numbers. 
Really though, I looked through the numbers a few years ago, and if you're a straight white male, that doesn't use IV drugs, and doesn't sleep with blacks or Hispanics, then your odds of contracting an incurable STD is almost zero.
Not making any sort of race-orientated statement with that, just stating the probabilities.

It's practically impossible to contract HIV (at least the strain prevalent in America) from regular heterosexual intercourse, unless a man's dick is big enough to cause vaginal bleeding.
