But because the native American group says that's what DID happen it's more believable?
There doesn't seem to be a lot of evidence(that I've personally seen so far. May have missed some) that suggests one or the other started it. Just the kids saying the NA started it and the NA saying the kids started it.
So far it looks like the left is taking the Native Americans side and the right is taking the kids side.

I admittedly haven't done a lot of research in to this yet. From my casual viewing it looks like the Native Americans approached them. I also have heard(though I'm not certain) that the Native American making the complaint has a history of instigating stuff. Again, not sure, just what I've heard.
I think its unfair to completely believe one side or the other at this point. I do think the kids will be held at fault in the end simply because of political correctness. Even if he didnt start this shite
