Have no fear. Don’t go in hungry, just have a personality and own the room. Be the man that everyone else is listening to. Be interesting. Be entertaining.


It’s all about you. Once you figure out who you are and what you are, everything else will follow.



ETA: this doesn’t mean be arrogant or braggadocious or to one up everyone. That’s annoying as hell.

You have to be able to naturally cultivate interest. To weave a spell that draws people in. It’s about energy.

How much of the old school advice applies to people these days? Do college sloots still go to bars and are available to pick up on late night, or do they do tinder, insert new app here, to find someone to poke that night?

Gotta remember, as convenient as this online shite can be, there’s NO SUBSTITUTE for human interaction.

You can’t communicate that in a digital setting. But in person, it’s all about your energy, your presence, your charisma.

Online it’s about angle pics and photoshop.
