Help: I have a icy hot feeling on the middle of my back

I was finishing up at work trying to put a axle beam back on the pallet. After i lifted the axle beam and put it on the pallet correctly, I noticed a icy hot feeling on the middle of my back and has been like that for two hours now. It doesn’t hurt or anything but just feels weird to have that feeling and I hope I didn’t mess my back up. I didn’t know if anybody had this feeling before.

Sounds like a nerve issue. If you’re not having leg weakness, urinary/fecal incontinence or inability to urinate then follow up with your primary care doc Monday. Take some Tylenol or ibuprofen or something in the meantime.
