I got some $300 from Amazon that work/don’t work just as good.

Get them from Costco or Sams. Same ones, different brand, about $2K for a pair.

VA gave me mine. They're about 5K. Bluetooth connectivity. Tailored specifically to my hearing loss. I have pretty significant hearing loss, these things are a God send. My navigation, cell phone conversations etc go right into them.

I have a coworker/friend that got the ones from Sam's Club that you have to replace the batteries in, I bought the JABRA Enhance Select M3 rechargeable they also Bluetooth to the phone the online support is great, they have 3 year warranty. He has problems with his and the person at Sam's keeps telling him he must make an appointment the he cannot just walk in.
