I'm a huge fan of Celine and Viki. If I was fraudulently running this tournament, I'd have tweaked some things to give them the win but I want the OT to have its voice heard so I just let it be.

This is true but as the only lovely lady featured in babe threads of the past who's given the OT an unsolicited (looking at you, TulaneLSU) shoutout in the past, she earned a spot in the competition. The tattoos really are her downfall, though. I can handle a couple small ones but she went overboard on those things.

We had a runoff because it initially appeared an illegal foreign vote gave Megan the win. That vote was removed, making it a tie. Then it was proven by stelly that he lives in Germany but voted for Megan. As an American overseas, he still deserved to have his vote counted. A previous post, unrelated to the tournament, proved he's in Germany. The only fair thing to do was to count his vote and that gave Megan the win by one vote.
Nothing fraudulent or incompetent about that.

How exactly was Jaclynn included in this tournament? Since she is, how in the hell was she the 8th seed?
