Looking for a 1960 Mercedes 300SL and a 67 Mercedes 230 or 250 SL roadster. Would love to find one that’s been through a very good restoration.

Drive any big block at highway speeds for more than 10 minutes and you'll know why everybody wants a 5 speed in 'em.

We have a family friend that has a ton of very expensive classic cars. He is one of the top corvette owners. Was talking to him not long ago about the auctions because he still goes. He said he rarely buys them at the auction, but instead most of the people bring their cars to some place there in Scottsdale, I think it was like an Arby's...I forget and do deals there. He said the markup at the auction isn't worth it.

I have driven many big blocks with 4 speeds.

Looking for a clean 90 or 91 944 Coupe.
The good thing about today, you'll have a cell phone to call a tow truck for that 944 after about 10 minutes going anywhere.
Seriously a buddy of mine had two 944s and two MGs all at different times.
It bacame a joke in our circle. "Want to know what NOT to buy? Call Mark and ask him what he is driving."
He had more trouble out of those 4 cars than most people have in a lifetime.
