quote:good luck with that, the corrupt judge in NOLA already squashed the rightful owners of the Beauregard monument twice. Luckily the City attorney out her hand in and halted it for 30 days.
Best option for the pro monument crowd is the ownership argument in the courts.

Same with claiming to be a Ranger. He is Ranger qualified, but was an engineer branch. Never was he infantry or a true scrolled Ranger.

It's not them. It's the snowflakes with white guilt.

Yes, self loathing white liberals like the mayor and his tricentennial committee are mostly behind this stunt.
Senate president john alario now holds the cards on the bill. Supposedly he is covering for the governor and will break senate rules by referring the bill to a senate and governmental affairs subcommittee stacked with democrats to kill the bill. Call Mr. Alario and demand that this procedurally improper maneuver not happen. It is clear from today's vote, and from statewide polling, that an overwhelming majority of Louisianians want the monuments to stay.

it's not halted at all. Mitch and his terrorist insurgent buddies are taking it down tomorrow might.
Welcome to the beginning of a terrorist effort to cleanse New Orleans of it's history. I hope he chokes on a BBC.

Everything that old fat frick Alario cares about is keeping the Governor happy. It doesn't matter if the Governor is a republican or democrat, he just wants the governor happy so he can continue to wet his beak at the legislative watering hole in the senate.
He truly is one of the most disgusting, shameless and corrupt pieces of shite to ever walk the halls of the StateHouse in BR.
