Whaaaaaa
This.
All about ratings. If the Ratings aren’t there the show won’t be either.
You were saying?

Stewart is not politically neutral nor would he claim to be such. He was just a talented and clever mother fricker and really good at his job. His acolytes on the other hand fricking suck and are a bunch of hacks.
Slow Clap. All of this.
If you can’t laugh at Jon Stewart you’re the problem.

? I know I’m not young or hip anymore, but wow this is an embarrassment.
It was terrible. The only 2 skits worth a damn was "Murder, Durdur" and I probably only like it because they mentioned Royersford, Pennsylvania and I lived there for 5 years.
The Ooli Show was one of the best skits I can remember.

Spoof of “Mare of Easttown”, great show on prime.

I love Musk, but I can’t think of a worse personality to host snl

I guess I am old but I enjoyed SNL when Dana Carvey, Norm McDonald, and Dennis Miller were hitting strides.

Wokeness is destroying comedy.
Neo puritanism.

True that. I’m right AF and he was hilarious.

Lol it’s never been one sided until 4 or 5 years ago. Wonder why. And the show sucks.

He had a great spiel about SNL about a month ago on his show: LINK. He lambasted Bowen about 15 mins in.
He lit into Aidy and Bowen this week as well. I’d love those three in the writers room together and proposing the Mother’s Day sketch from this week to Tim and see how he’d react to that world class comedy that you know most Kindergartners put on for their parents this time of year. Granted I know who Tim’s mother is and that would be actual entertainment since she’s a paranoid schizophrenic who hears voices: YouTube

I honestly don’t get it. I had Pennsylvania as a sales territory and I never heard anyone talk like that. Is that how the Amish talk, because save for passing them on their horse and buggy I never interacted with them directly?

Just finished the 4 Episodes and its really good.
I enjoyed the SNL Spoof because they mentioned Royersford and Conshohocken and I lived in Royersford for 5 years.
Having lived in that area for 7 years "Mare of Easttown" has local references that I'm familiar with...example they mentioned "Ridge Pike"...traveled down Ridge Pike everyday to get to work.
The 1st Episode is a little slow...but stick with it...it gets good.
I'm Jones for Episode 5.

There is definitely an accent...but not that bad.

IMO, it's good, but it will be much better if there is some sort of twist, because they're really leading you in a certain direction on who did it.
I don't know if this is that kind of show, but I hope it is.

Definitely going to be a twist. I think it's the writer and the priest is a red herring.
He had relations with Erin, but didn't kill her or kidnap the other girls.
Or it's the cousin that is also a priest.
