Havent brushed teeth in a month

And teeth are as clean as ever.


I do floss, but absolutely zero symptoms of anything threatening.


Breath smells alright, nothing horrible Im told by my other half. She wont kiss me but a second, but I told her it is temporary as I am testing the theory that bacteria is the key to keeping teeth and not brushing.

I have never had a cavity and will continue to test it out for the next month.

Last, brushing will eventually cause you to lose your teeth anyways as they become brittle from too much brushing.


I edit to mention I do not eat much sugar whatsoever. I raise honeybees and eat the honey harvested ans that is it.

Sugar is the ultimate culprit of cavities and horrible genetics; too much brushing also. Horrible for long term care. Stop brushing so much.
