I've decided they are Mardi Gras lights.

Inside - Yes. Outside - No. We left for Florida on the 29th, won't be back to Houston till 15th. They can wait.

Ours are usually down the day after Christmas. They stayed up until the 28th this year.

Got everything taken down and stored away yesterday usually it is sooner but been raining a lot so I said screw it for better weather.

I took everything down, inside and out, today at my house and my parent’s house. I usually have always done this the first weekend after New Year.
