Almost every person I know, having had Covid or not, has felt pretty bad after the 2nd shot. Every person I know who has taken the J&J single shot has felt like crap for 24-48 hours.

Wife had COVID in early November and got sick for 48 hours after first shot (Pfizer). She’s not going to take the second.

I have not had COVID, no reaction at all to first shot.

Had covid in December
First Pfizer had reaction day after. Chills, mild fever, went away overnight.
Second shot two days ago. Hit me Wednesday morning. Woke up sopping wet from breaking fever I guess. Seemed to improve then hit again late afternoon. Slept for twelve hours, got up and went fishing today. Hope it’s gone for good.

Had covid over Thanksgiving. Just got my 2nd Pfizer dose yesterday. I think I feel better today than I did three days ago.

I did have covid and have taken the Moderna vaccine. First shot made me sick for 2 days. It was just like the covid symptoms but not as severe. Second shot was only about 18 hours with symptoms. My nephew also had covid and Moderna shots and he had a similar experience

I had the virus and will not be taking the vaccine for at least a decade.

Had a barely symptomatic case last summer. First shot made my arm extremely sore-like painful to even move it. I get my second shot next week.

I never was aware of having COVID but the second Moderna shot gave me 101 fever and severe leg and hip pain. I was in bed for 36 hours.

So the science here in the OT says that if you had COVID then your body has antibodies now and the vaccine isn't necessary unless required for work or travel?

Presumably so, b/c my wife had it and I was locked in house with her for 2 weeks... Nope and won't do it... I'd rather snort a pound of Columbian bam bam than pit that shite in my body..

Yes

No

Everyone I know who has had both said the shot was worse than the virus.

Had COVID in mid-December and was hospitalized for 7 days.

3 weeks later, I got Moderna #1 and had 102-103 fever for several hours the next day. Day after that, I was just fine.

Got Moderna #2 a month later, and had a similar reaction the next day, but not as severe, fever only 101.

Mask Nazi's need to back the frick off......I have paid my dues. You forfeit your right to be the mask police if you refuse the vaccine.

Yeah I did. Threw up in the walkons bathroom with my in-laws. It sucked. Should’ve waited until my antibodies were gone

Damn, seems like everyone responding had the virus.... Yet I don't know anyone personally who has. I haven't either and no need to get the vaccine for me. I have probably had the virus and didn't notice. I am in direct contact with a lot of people every day and have been since the beginning. If anyone of you feels the need to get some extra protection, go for it.
