Won a football state championship and two cross country state championships in high school. If Ultimate Frisbee is considered a sport I have several state, regional, national and world championships. I've always had exceptional teammates.

I was the offensive Coordnator/offensive line coach in my son’s youth football team that won the league championship four years in a row.
In baseball I was the 1st base coach when my son’s team won the county championship.
Not really a sport but when I was in the Army my tank won the Battalion “Top Gun” on Tank Table VIII twice.

Won city league basketball in like 6th or 7th grade. I remember noticing all the good players weren't playing that year. I think they all moved on to AAU around that time.

State champion in solo track and field event.
Always wondered what it would be like to win one in a team sport.

I met a guy who played on one of the opposing teams years later and by his recollection they had lost, so apparently it wasn't a defining moment for him either.
So someone forget they won a championship....?

They were on a pretty good run during that time. Won some and lost some. I guess he got them mixed up

Won an individual event in swimming in high school.
Would have been 5th or so if all the divisions competed as one, and basically everyone swims outside of school competition with fewer event restrictions. In an age-group state meet through USA Swimming I wasn’t ever higher than maybe 10th, so it’s a thoroughly unremarkable and situational state title.

Coached a team to the 7A State championship in football in Georgia. It's definitely something I'll never forget.
