not too good for me. the first time I ended it and it caused friction on the job. she ended up quitting. luckily she didn't accuse me of harassment. second time turned out even worse, we eventually got married.

two of them. One was a fling and we are still friends but she moved on to another company. I just hired her at my new company. That was a few years ago and we're both married now. 
The other was an actual 8 month relationship that I broke off because she was cray cray. THAT didn't end well at all...thankfully, our boss knew she was cray and piled on her workload so she'd quit and save us the trouble. she was horrible, still cant look at skin tags without wanting to vomit.

Depends on the woman. Some can just do it for the fun and there aren't any problems. Others are crazy as hell and ruin both jobs.

If by "co-worker", you mean "student", then I know a couple teachers who have. Didn't end well. They ended up being subjected to unrelenting ridicule here on the OT

Ya, I made that mistake once after just starting college. We were both office clerks at a grocery store and started banging. She turned out to be crazy, so I eventually ended it (after lots of great sex). Then she became the Assistant Manager and my boss.

girl was hired as a receptionist the same day i was hired and we both wandered across the street to have a drink after we were hired.
yadda yadda yadda, i drove her to work the next morning in time for our orientation and both our eyes were rolling back in our heads while we were trying to pay attention.
she was nuts but damn i loved those 3am knocks on my apartment door
