I have owned nothing but pixels the last half decade. Don't have to deal with anywhere near as much bloatware and T Mobile basically gives me a new one every two years or so.
Owned Nexus before that, only non-Google phone the last bunch of years was a Samsung Galaxy A24 or some shite.

I actually have one. Got it for a $250 promotion from US mobile just to try it out and keep as a hotspot.

All the hardware is extremely similar across flagships.
But apple's UI and accessibility for anything not in their tightly restricted perimeters is frustrating. Also their ecosystem and that bs codex for sms video they hold to force users onto their platform.
For you normies, go apple. But anyone who wants to have a better experience which requires a little thought, we all have androids.
I'm vv excited about a desktop OS version of Android coming in 2026.
