I dated a woman for 4 months that made my life a living hell for almost two years. Even broke into my house one day and staged a rape scene while I was at work. I never knew what her end goal was. Luckily for me, the cops saw thru her continued antics and were on my side. I literally had to have an alibi with me 24/7 because I never knew what trick she was going to pull.

Yes.
Face caked in makeup, body drenched in perfume, spoke in a nails-on-chalkboard *cutesy* voice like a Kindergarten teacher.
Was hired on as a bench manager at my last job. Heard stories from her last company. Heard stories from other stores she worked at in our company - "manhater", "manipulative bitch", "morale killer". I thought they were exaggerating - they weren't. She went scorched-earth on employees that had been there for years, the most competent and hard-working people, people who couldn't be micromanaged or controlled. Totally undermined the actual store manager and tried to get him fired. She directly led to over 30 years of experience leaving within 9 months, then she bounced before even taking over a full-time gig.
She manages the Home Depot down the street; God have mercy on their souls.

There are men who are evil too.
My ex was an evil woman. I put up with her shite for 7 years and then she walked out.
She almost drove me to put a gun to my head. Luckily I didn't own one.
Sad part is if I had, she wouldn't have given 2 shits.
Knowing how down I was she never called to see how I was doing.
Now that I'm no longer under her spell, I can say I wouldn't piss on her if she was on fire.

So, I've gone out with a few crazy/stupid women, but they never got the chance to prove if they were "pure evil" or not. I see signs and run long before that happens.
I will say, there is one common sign I've noticed that has, in my experience, revealed a personality that later traumatized some other poor guy - women who stare at you while you're sleeping. If a women does that to you, 9 times out of 10, you need to run your arse off.

Yes. That one I refer to as crazy girl. She was bat-shite crazy and on three meds that I didn't find out about until too late. She has been called histrionic. Bipolar. Etc.
I remember her once saying that she runs off all the men in her life. She said she knew she was crazy. She'd never take responsibility for her actions and always blamed someone else. It was always someone else's fault. So quick to fly off the handle...yelled/screamed/etc, then was calm the next minute. But man could she frick.

If that's common, then you've clearly had your luck of the run. Something tells me there's got to be other commonalities between them. I've never had one woman stare at me while I'm sleeping in all my life.
