I can't believe anyone living in South Louisiana has never heard it. I lived in the Lafayette region for 20+ years and heard it daily. sup baw or hey baw was common tongue

I have a co worker from New Iberia and he says Baw all the time.
Also had a neighbor from Lutcher who also said it a lot
