I had an ex reach out a month after we broke up to tell me her grandmother had died. A year later her cousin got engaged and low and behold there grandma was in pictures on Facebook at the engagement party

Highly unlikely. Several of my relationships in college didn’t end on the best of terms, and it was all my fault.

Not decades, but we worked together before we dated and she called me at work about 5 years later. I gave her my new phone number but didn't follow up.

Men usually increase their wealth as they age, unless they were divorce raped. In high school/college everything was provided for them and they could choose all the Thundercock's they like. Less unlikely, but maybe they've been humbled and realized they lost a good thing. After she has taken 50 different express rides. Which, why would you want that back? More than likely though she still thinks she is a prize despite what looks like a quarter pound of roast beef between hee legs.

I for one would get hammered and go nuclear in breakups when they would say they still want to be friends andall that. Why would I want to be around to see the dudes they are plowing? Even if they were someone I had the desire to spend my life with, once they break it off and are banging other dudes, why would I want her ba even if I could have her just by being the nice guy waiting? F that, have some self-respect. I always made it clear they can lose my number and I want nothing to do with them ever again. Hopefully the new guy(s) fulfill the role of wasn't good enough for, cause I'm not sticking around or coming back.

After 15 years and I was married with a kid and left a VM on the house phone which was public, shite storm after that. Good lord what a mess

Not my ex, but a fling. Before I met my wife and moved backed to MS, I lived in Atlanta. I was in Atlanta around the time Tinder came out. Met this girl on there. We communicated for about a month. I started dating my wife during that time, so I stopped talking to this chick and deleted Tinder.

Fast forward 10 years later I get a text from her. I blocked her number. Looked her up on Facebook to see she is married with a kid. Weird as hell.
