I think most women appreciate you noticing and are proud of the fact that their hard work paid off.

Had this exact situation happen recently at the annual road game football trip. You can absolutely tell them they look good. The key is don’t leave it hanging for them to respond to, that’s what makes it awkward. You say “Hey, good to see you! You look great, how have you been?”

60% of the time that works every time.

We recently had a vendor ask a lady in our office when she was expecting. She said "expecting what?" and I haven't seen him since.

There's this lady that works at a gas station I frequent. She's probably mid-late 20's and was HUGE. She's still pretty damn thick but has probably lost a good 70-80 pounds.

I always want to say something but it's not like she's my friend or even really an acquaintance...just feel almost obligated to compliment her on obviously working hard to shed some pounds.

I recently saw a g/f on IG who I haven't really hung out with in a couple years. She's competing in a fitness competition in a few months so she appreciated me reaching out and telling her she looked damn good.

Too jacked for me (full abs showing) but it's always nice to be recognized for working hard I think

Watched a coworker transform herself about 15 years ago and it was amazing. She was already hot, but when she lost weight...good god.

When I was younger and dumber I congratulated a lady on her pregnancy only for her to tell me she wasn’t pregnant.

You are overthinking it. Just tell them look great.

I've made the complimented women on losing weight and have gotten nothing in return, but a big smile and a thanks and maybe I've been trying. I'll follow with you look good.

Two things, 1) you have to know the woman well enough to be able to say something like that and 2) they should actually show a little weight loss.

All you have to say is that they look great and they’ve obviously been training hard
