Kid was smoking weed in a classroom and nobody else could tell ? How is that even possible ?

They tell you to go to a particular bank’s drive through at the far end tell you a code word to tell the teller. The teller sends the money through the vacuum tube. That way you aren’t even face to face with a teller

Yes. Years ago I was working at an office. They hired a dude that was a recovering addict in a half-way house to do some odd jobs around the office. He didn’t have a car and asked me for a ride to go get a reward for turning in someone. I had to drive to a far lane drive up window at a bank and he gave the teller some ID number. They sent out an envelope with cash.
