If so, who did you use? Shipping is easy with American Airlines, but I don't think that they will kennel the animal for a few days while I'm traveling to the destination.

I'm looking for a service that will ship and kennel until I can pick the cat up.

I was house sitting for my girlfriend’s parents in college. I got drunk one day and forgot to let the dog inside. It died of a heat stroke. I panicked and put it in a box and shipped it to a random address I found in Arizona. I put the return address the same as the mailing address. If caught it looked liked some psycho mailed a dead dog to themselves.

I told my girlfriend’s parents that the dog ran away.

Sounds like OP is driving his vehicle/uhaul to their new home. That’s going to take 2-3 days. So he needs to drop the pet off and have them board the animal for 2-3 days then put it on a plane.

OP. Not sure where you’re located but there’s a company in NOLA/Metairie that does it. Friend of mine used them. I’ll see if I can track their name down.

Doing a 2 week move from Valdosta to Spokane... Will be staying with family and hotels... Don't want to deal with the cat ruining shite that isn't mine.

I need to drop the cat off with a shipper in Valdosta or Shreveport and pick up in Spokane.

Bring the cat with you like a conscientious human being that cares about your animal friends.

Will a kennel not help you ship it aka throw the cat in a box when the shipping window opens?

We do all the time. We have African Leopard Tortoises and last year we shipped around 60 baby torts all over the lower 48.

That's an option... How long can you keep a cat in a crate?
