As a kid in the neighborhood, we always had arguments about which was scarier wfmf or wibr. (As they were really close to each other)

That’s not really a haunted house, those are just sick fricks

The WIBR- WLCS (Whatever the other one was called ) were dueling haunted houses and incredible growing up. So much so, I go to Horror Nights or do a haunted house tour every year and had a kick arse neighborhood haunted house for 30 years. Probably spent 50-60k over that time period.
You guys couldn’t handle the haunted houses like WIBR in the day, they definitely grabbed you. (Lol)
If you want to experience a great haunted house go during an as off night as possible and let the people create distance in front you so you can get all the jump scares fresh.
In Louisiana, 13 Gate is the best but
The mortuary isn’t bad. The best local I have ever experienced was the haunted chicken house or something like that between Birmingham and Oxford Alabama. We went after a soccer game in early october and I took 6 kids and it was barely dark so no one there yet. I gave them green light to grab etc and they took advantage of it. (Always bring black guy with you if can, they are awesome and it becomes a horror comedy. (Lol)
They were on top of something and grabbed the African kid in front of me hat off his head and it just hung there as he freaked out and screamed. I was laughing so hard I almost pissed in my pants. (He was a recent immigrant from Africa and he wasn’t sure on this haunted house deal to begin with and of course they went after him.)
Hint: if you want them to really go after someone a bright shirt or solid white it they use a lot of black light is perfect. And go ahead an tell them before you go in who the target is.

Sloss was excellent and actually haunted in real life

Nothing better than sitting in a lawn chair as a decoration then scaring the living hell out of passers by that want to mess with the decorations.

Not a haunted house attraction, just a fricking weirdo who makes people sign a waiver to get waterboarded

One person's sick frick is another person's haunted house.

Atrox Factory in Leeds, AL used to be pretty good as well as Sloss but I haven’t been to it in several years
