Hated in the Nation - Vote to temp ban

Sort of a spin-off from the Reinstatement thread. It would be kind of fun to have a vote weekly to temp ban (1 day ban) a poster. Make some rules though, where once a person gets a ban they are not eligible for another ban for several weeks.
Could have a ranking board and all. Maybe it is whomever receives the most DVs in a week?

Sometimes we need the heavily downvoted posts. Those can be the hard truths that people dont want to hear but need to hear.

I agree, it would just be nice to have some insight into them for fun. Leaderboards would be awesome.
We finally got some insight to what they mean a couple months ago, but they could be so much more.
