Only 1 of those could be classified as a hate crime. Are you telling me in that situation 1 person deserves a more severe sentence than the other, when the end result was a murder in both cases?

If I was the judge I would probably give about the same sentence but the guy who committed murder because of race hate would always be more of a POS

They are taught to hate each other not a true hatred. A lot of gangbangers that have gotten out of the gang life have reconciled with each other. They shoot at each other because of the influence of there gang. Turf war not strictly hate

Fed hate by others and learned on your own are completely different. Do you not see the difference between gangbangers and evil killers? I could join a gang tom and I would have to immediately hate my rival or I will be killed. Doesn't mean I actually hate that person outside of gangbanging

I can assure you the hate is real. They kill each other's families and friends. Someone takes out your brother or cousin in a drive by, you're gonna hate them.
